Chase Home Lending's Edna Hills Estates Loan Programs
  1. Loan Application: Apply for the mortgage. Choose from a wide range of options to design the perfect mortgage for your needs.
  2. Builder Review: Your selected builder will complete a short questionnaire providing information necessary for Chase to review their qualifications. Should you choose to work with Erich Schaefer, a full review and acceptance has already been completed.
  3. Project Acceptance: Chase reviews plans, specs, budget, contract, investment-to-date, and orders your appraisal(s). Once all are received, Chase assesses overall project viability.
  4. Loan Approval and Loan Closing: One application, one approval and one closing. Your combined construction loan and permanent loan are closed. In addition, your initial draw is disbursed to allow your construction project to start.
  5. Construction Begins: Draw disbursement request forms are submitted to access funds for construction. Physical inspections are ordered and reviewed for completed work. Funds are wired to fulfill the draw request.
  6. Construction Completed: Final inspections take place. Certificate of Occupancy is granted. Final draw is dispersed. Title is cleared.
  7. The End: Home is complete. Insurance is in place. Construction loan is modified into the permanent mortgage. Welcome Home.
